Terms of Service

We help inmates and their families navigate the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) Administrative Remedy Program and state Department of Corrections (DOC) grievance processes. Our services include:

• Educational guides explaining each step of the grievance process
• Deadline calculators and tracking tools
• Document preparation — we prepare and file grievance forms on behalf of members
• Dual-track filing — we submit forms directly to the BOP Administrative Remedy Coordinator while the inmate delivers their signed copy
• Case management, deadline tracking, and progress monitoring

We do not appear in court, provide legal advice, or create an attorney-client relationship. Our services are limited to administrative document preparation and procedural case management.

Some features require a paid membership at $29.99/month. New members receive a 30-day free trial — your credit card is collected at signup but you will not be charged until day 31. You may cancel at any time before day 31 and you will not be charged anything. After the trial converts to a paid subscription, charges are non-refundable for the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing members.

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Provide false information about an inmate or their case
• Use our service to harass, threaten, or harm any person
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download our content
• Resell or redistribute our services or content without permission

Our deadline and release date calculators provide estimates only. Actual deadlines may differ based on factors including but not limited to: weekends and federal holidays, BOP processing delays, mail transit times, facility-specific policies, and changes in law or regulation. Always confirm deadlines with your institution and consider filing well before the calculated date.

You may cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel during your 30-day free trial period, you will not be charged. If you cancel after the trial has converted to a paid subscription, your access to paid features will continue through the end of the current billing period and will not renew. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our service. Upon termination, we will retain your case data for a reasonable period to allow you to request a copy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
